Mission Statement
Our mission is to reach, teach, and
keep souls in the Kingdom of God from the
local communities we serve to the world.
Vision Statement
It is our vision to
be the family Jesus is pleased with, the
force Jesus is working through, and the
bride Jesus is coming for.
Purpose Statement
Our purpose is to be
a church God is pleased with. It is in this
effort that we provide relevant worship and
service opportunities for each member,
friend and guest of our church so that all
might have a chance to fulfill the Great
Commission of Matthew 28:18-20.
Our church is
deeply and continually involved in
evangelistic outreach and ministry to our
local communities, our state, nation, and
the whole world. From COTR Food Bank to the
local hospitals, nursing homes, and jail
ministries, from our annual booths at the
fair and other community events, to our
semi-annual blood drives, our presence is
felt in a positive and meaningful way
throughout Southeast Texas.
Golden
Triangle Church On The Rock is committed to
world missions. During the past decade we
have drilled more than 125 producing water
wells for the impoverished and needy people
of the world, provided food, clothing, and
medicines through our orphanages, medical
clinics, and feeding centers in Africa,
India, Mexico, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
Through the contributions of our
congregation we are able to provide both
spiritual and humanitarian relief for
millions worldwide on a daily basis.
Through Church
Online, churchonline.tv, our ministry
broadcasts the Word of God through a variety
of mediums with an average of over 9,400
hits per day, almost 300,000 per
month.* From cooking shows to fishing shows,
from regular weekly services to special
missions and ministry highlights, from our
cyber evangelistic outreaches to video
conferences, we are touching the whole world
every second of every day with the Word of
God’s glory.
Our purpose
can be summed up in only one word … Souls!
As our future unfolds we will continue to
birth churches, fund missions projects, and
disciple saints for the work of the ministry
God has called them to. And in all we do,
in word or deed, we will do it all in the
Name of Jesus to the glory of God.
