Pastora “Ma’am” Rose serves and pastors Full Gospel Global Community Satellite Church, San Isidro, in ILOILO, Philippines. Her work started as she served alongside Mike & Jude Kelly, retired GTCOTR missionaries, who worked with thousands of displaced families who were part of a relocation camp set up for flood refugees. The camp has now become a small city, and a growing number of families have become Believers. In the past 2 years, 410 people have been born again and added to her congregation! 82 were baptized in the first 5 months of this year alone! A new church building was built in 2016. Pastora Rose and her church are involved in many ministries, including a twice-monthly feeding program for 200 children, outreach, discipleship, and helping the “Aeta” tribespeople who have moved into the area. Rose’s 13 year- old grandson Sean, has begun a new outreach in his school, holding Bible Studies for his classmates. Rose’s church has also started an “Alternative Learning System” school that teaches those who have dropped out of school. They teach the students basics such as reading and writing and tell them about the Lord. So far they have 30 students, some of whom have received Christ and been water baptized!
